- I've had nothing but trouble with my sprotser 28.8 , and there tech
- support is a joke. They
- told me on three different occasions that they would call me back and
- never did, this is
- after waiting on hold (long distance no 800 number here) for 20
- minutes. I've also tried
- just waiting on the line for a tech to pick up the phone. I waited
- about 20 minuets when
- somebody picked up the phone then hung it back up. I finally told one
- of the people with
- no technical skills please just send me a new modem, I got my modem
- with the same
- exact problems it had when I sent it away I finally just went out and
- bought a supra. It
- works just fine.
