  31. I've had nothing but trouble with my sprotser 28.8 , and there tech
  32. support is a joke. They
  33. told me on three different occasions that they would call me back and
  34. never did, this is
  35. after waiting on hold (long distance no 800 number here) for 20
  36. minutes. I've also tried
  37. just waiting on the line for a tech to pick up the phone. I waited
  38. about 20 minuets when
  39. somebody picked up the phone then hung it back up. I finally told one
  40. of the people with
  41. no technical skills please just send me a new modem, I got my modem
  42. with the same
  43. exact problems it had when I sent it away I finally just went out and
  44. bought a supra. It
  45. works just fine.
